2012 Winner Announced!
Lucy Gilmore from Enniskerry, Co. Wicklow was named Blossom Hill Ladies Day ‘Best Dressed Lady’. Lucy won an incredible trip for two to leading fashion capital New York City, worth €8,000 including €1000 spending money!
Other prizes that were awarded today on the RDS Band Lawn include prizes for ‘Most Colourful Outfit, ‘Most Creative Hat’, Two Highly Commended Prizes and ‘Best Dressed Man’.
Most Colourful Outfit went to Maeve Byrne, who won a magnificent Longines watch from their DolceVita collection. This impeccably stylish timepiece is worth over €3,000!
The winner of Best Dressed Man, Mark Flood from Newbridge Co.Kildare, he won a Louis Copeland suit.
Elaine Bury won the Highly Commended Outfit award, which is a one night bed and breakfast in The Dylan Hotel, a Blossom Hill Hamper, Toni & Guy Voucher and a dress from Fran & Jane’s autumn / winter collection.
Joanne Murphy won a Make Up For Ever voucher, a weekend away in her choice of Bewleys Hotels and a Blossom Hill Hamper for ‘Most Creative Hat’
Fashion expert Brendan Courtney from RTE’s ‘Off The Rails’ hosted the event and provided top tips and expert fashion advice to all the contestants, an exclusive style guide was provided by fashion partner Fran & Jane, who showcased the newest looks from the forthcoming Autumn/Winter Collection. Judges Irish Designer Sorcha O’Raghallaigh alongside TV and Radio Presenter Lucy Kennedy made the final decision on who won.
Toni & Guy’s stylists provided the lucky entrants with Hair & Make-Up top up’s as they registered for the event.
