In the event that the quota of invitations issued to the international teams and foreign individual riders is not taken up, additional invitations may be issued based on the results from the qualifiers above.  A random draw of the national qualifiers will determine the order of the reserve list.  The first three reserves from each qualifier are advised to pre-enter for the class in the event that the international invitations are not taken up.  These competitors will be reimbursed in full if they do not compete.
